WHAT COMES NEXT
After your first visit
Most patients continue into the Framework Program, our six-month onboarding phase.
One visit tells us a lot. It doesn't tell us how your body moves over time, how it responds, where the patterns actually live. The Framework is how we run your plan over those months: the visits, follow-ups, and access to actually feel different.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions before you commit.
-
We're cash-pay. That means no prior auths, no surprise billing, no insurance-dictated 15-minute visits. We provide superbills for potential reimbursement.
-
Oregon, Washington, and Nevada via telehealth. In-person visits available in Portland, OR.
-
We work alongside your PCP, not in place of them. We focus on the functional terrain-hormones, gut, metabolism- that conventional primary care often doesn't have time for.
