FOR PATIENTS
What's it like to be a patient here.
Long visits. One provider who stays with you. A plan built around your life, not a template. Here's how care works, from your first conversation to the point where you need us less.
HOW WE PRACTICE
What we refuse to compromise on.
01
Small patient panels
Capped patient loads. No high-volume mess. A person with a history, not a chart number.
02
Long visits
60 to 90 minutes, never rushed. Time to connect the dots.
03
Same provider
One provider who knows you, from your first visit on. Not a rotating cast of strangers.
Start with one visit.
Every patient at Remedy begins the same way: 90 minutes of real conversation with one provider who stays with you from here on. We listen, we connect the dots, and we build a plan that is actually about you.
WHERE EVERY PATIENT STARTS
New Patient Consult
- 90-minute in-depth visit by telehealth
- A full review of your history and every lab you've already had
- A whole-person assessment, not symptom by symptom
- Your initial assessment and recommended next steps
- A written plan you keep, whether or not you continue with us
$500
One-time fee
Your first visit is about understanding what's going on, not starting treatment yet. Once you enroll in the Framework, we order labs and begin your plan.
You'll see our nurse practitioner, and you'll keep the same provider at every visit. Meet the team
Have questions before you book? A 15-minute Clarity Consult ($50, credited toward your new patient consult) can help you decide. Request a Clarity Consult
“I didn't feel like anything was salesy like another clinic I've been to.
The amount of resources and information she gives is so valuable.”
HEALTH-DRIVEN, NOT PROFIT-DRIVEN
No upsells. No surprises.
HOW WE FILL THE GAPS
What you will get
- 60 to 90-minute appointments. No rushing here.
- Same provider, every visit. Someone who knows your name.
- A secure portal for scheduling, refills, and questions between visits.
- Pricing explained before you commit. Nothing billed that we didn't discuss.
- Education, not just orders.
- Appointments that start on time.
THE GAPS YOU'VE BEEN FALLING THROUGH
What you won't get
- Rushed visits and rotating providers
- Surprise bills
- Protocols copied from a template
- "Your labs are normal" with no explanation
- Months-long waits for follow-up
- Waiting days for a callback that never comes
WHAT COMES NEXT
The Framework Program
One visit tells us where you start. It does not tell us whether the plan is working. The Framework is how we measure, track, and adjust over the next six months, the time it takes for real change to show up in your labs and in how you feel.
This is where the work happens. For most patients, it is the standard of care, not an upgrade.
Every Framework is personalized to your needs and season of life. Alongside hormone and metabolic care, your plan may focus on gut health, postpartum recovery, or precision genetics. Your provider builds that focus with you at your consult.
Six months. Focused care. The last time you start over.
WHAT YOU GET
Answers, not guesses
Comprehensive labs chosen for you, and a 90-minute review that walks you through every result.
A plan built around your life
Hormones, nutrition, sleep, and medication when it's indicated, adjusted as your results change.
One provider, start to finish
The same provider at every visit, with unhurried follow-ups about every six weeks.
Support between visits
A care team with nutrition support and a wellness coordinator, a secure portal for scheduling and refills, and member pricing on medications.
The goal by month six: a clear picture of what's driving your symptoms, a plan that fits your life, and labs that show whether it's working.
MEASURED, NOT GUESSED
01
Baseline
Comprehensive labs and a full read of where you start.
02
Plan
A strategy built around your goals, not a template.
03
Track
Follow-ups about every six weeks, so nothing drifts between visits.
04
Re-assess
We re-measure and adjust based on what actually changed.
WHAT COMES AFTER
The goal is for you to need us less.
By the end of six months, most patients have reached enough stability and confidence to step out of intensive care. From there, the work shifts from fixing to maintaining.
Once you've reached stability, you can continue with a lighter membership. Same provider, lighter cadence, focused on staying well.
Two membership options, Cadence and Compass, are reviewed with you near the end of your Framework, based on what you need to stay well.
One provider who stays with you, and a team behind them.

Oregon, Washington, and Nevada by telehealth. You must be physically in one of those states at the time of each visit. In-person visits are available in Portland.
The Framework is your first six months: comprehensive testing, a full plan, and follow-ups about every six weeks while we adjust. A membership comes after, once you're stable, with fewer visits focused on keeping you there.
You keep your written plan. There's no obligation to continue, and you can take the plan to any provider.
Yes, through the secure portal, for scheduling, refills, and administrative questions. New symptoms, medication changes, and lab interpretation are handled in a visit. The portal is not for emergencies.
