Filling in the Gaps™.

One connection

at a time.

Small panels. Long visits. Providers who actually know your story.

DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR

What patients tell us before their first visit.

"My labs are normal, but I feel terrible."

Standard ranges are built to flag disease, not early dysfunction. We run broader panels and read them against both conventional and optimal ranges.

"My appointments are ten minutes."

Your first visit is 90 minutes of real conversation. We do not rush the part where we explain what is going on.

"I've tried the diets, the supplements, the protocols."

Generic protocols skip the assessment. Your plan is built from your history, your labs, and what you can realistically sustain.

"I see someone new every time."

You work with one provider from your first visit on. Continuity is a clinical intervention.

If you're nodding along,

you're in the right place

Most practices juggle 2,000+ patients per provider. That model doesn't leave room for real care. We keep our panels small so you actually get what you need: time, attention, and answers.

What Healthcare Should Feel Like

01

WE LISTEN

All new patients start with a 90 min. visit where we review your complete health history, listen to your concerns, and start connecting the dots. No rushing. No dismissing. Just a real conversation about your health.

02

WE BUILD YOUR PLAN

Over a six month onboarding phase, we partner together to optimize your health, address your concerns, and build lasting change—with the support, guidance, and access you need along the way.

03

WE STAY IN YOUR CORNER

After your program, you'll be invited to continue with membership for long-term partnership, monitoring, and support. No pressure—just an option for those who want it.

04

FEEL LIKE YOU AGAIN

Your energy's back, your brain works, and you actually understand what's going on in your body—so you can stay ahead of problems instead of chasing them.

You don't need a diagnosis to belong here.

Most patients come to us saying some version of: "I just don't feel like myself anymore."

WHAT WE TREAT

Functional medicine for
perimenopause, menopause, and everything underneath it.

Our specialty is functional medicine for women in perimenopause and menopause. Hormones rarely act alone, so we also evaluate and treat what sits underneath: metabolic health, thyroid, gut, pelvic health, and overlapping conditions like MCAS, hEDS, and POTS. You don't need a diagnosis to start.

OUR SPECIALTY

You’re exhausted but can’t sleep. Your mood is all over the place. You don’t recognize your body anymore.

Hormone care built on your symptoms, labs, and history, not a single hormone level or a standard dose. Hormone therapy is often part of the plan. It is rarely the whole plan.

Meet Our Founder

After 18 years in healthcare, I saw the gap.

More than a decade of that was in the ER. I kept seeing the same thing: patients dismissed, rushed, and stuck in a cycle of band-aid fixes. People waiting hours for care, leaving with a prescription, and coming back weeks later still feeling terrible.

I founded Remedy to do it differently. Thorough visits. Real answers. Providers who actually know your name, your history, and what we're working toward together.
